“INCOM” company was founded in 2014 in Vologda, Russia. The main profile of the company is road safety software design.

In 2016 INCOM took part in the very important project for the Vologda region – “The Safe city”.

The regional traffic enforcement system ““Intelligence” developed by our company has been successfully used in the Vologda region for several years. It enables vehicle movement control  (eg. missing or stolen vehicles indication) that helps in solving crimes and traffic violations.

INCOM is the certified service center of Russian leading manufacturers of traffic control and speed enforcement systems.

Our team regularly attends different meetings, seminars and exhibitions devoted to road safety modern trends. In 2018 INCOM took part in the X International IT-Forum at Khanty-Mansiysk, Russia and presented our latest software products.

The staff of the company consists of 35 members and is represented by software division, technical support and round-the clock dispatcher control service.

The mission of the company is developing the road safety, improving the road users’ discipline and decreasing the number of traffic accidents.
